Right of Withdrawal

Damaged, used, or incomplete products will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

The possibility of canceling an order depends on the delivery status of the items. If the products have already been shipped or are in transit, cancellation can only be effective under certain conditions. The customer must return the items at their own expense, ensuring they are in impeccable condition. This means the original packaging must be intact, clean, and complete. Once these conditions are met, only the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Before any return to the company S.A.S.U ALEPOC, it is imperative to obtain prior return authorization from customer service.

This request can be made through various means: via our contact form, by phone at 09 72 25 90 42, or directly from the customer's personal space on the site www.alepoc.shop.

To facilitate the processing of the return, the customer must provide in writing on the invoice or delivery note, the mention of return as well as the reason for the product return.

In the absence of information allowing us to identify the package, we will be unable to process the return.

1/ From the date your shipment is delivered to you

  • The legislation grants you a period of 14 days during which you can exercise your right of withdrawal. During this period, you have the option to return the products to us without having to explain the reason. It is important to note that the full refund only concerns the items themselves. The costs related to transport, both for the initial delivery and for the return, remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event that an ordered item does not meet your expectations, for any personal reason, you have a right of return. This right is exercised within 14 days following receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging, without any trace of assembly and use. Once these conditions are met, we will proceed to a full refund of the item price.
  • For returns made after the legal period of 14 days, but within a period not exceeding 6 months following the purchase, a specific procedure applies. In this case, the refund will be subject to a 20% reduction. It is important to note that this discount will be calculated on the amount actually paid at the time of the order, without considering any promotions or discounts applied to the initial public price. However, this partial refund remains conditional on the condition of the returned items. They must be in the same state as when received, and their packaging must be intact. If these conditions are not met, no refund will be made, regardless of the return period.
  • The condition of returned items determines the refund. It will not be granted if the products are not returned in perfect condition. This implies that the items must be clean and contained in their original intact packaging. Regarding transport costs, they remain the responsibility of the customer, both for the initial shipment and for the return of the products. These costs are not included in the refund process.
  • Regardless of the reason for returning merchandise - whether for an exchange or a simple return - the transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer. This rule applies to both the initial shipment and the return of items.

2/The company S.A.S.U ALEPOC places great importance on customer satisfaction.

In this spirit, it is committed to processing refunds within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of the returned product.

Regarding guarantees, S.A.S.U ALEPOC ensures that all sold items are covered by supplier warranties.

3/ Only the parts are guaranteed

The warranty policy of the company S.A.S.U ALEPOC is strictly limited to the components themselves. It is important to emphasize that this warranty does not cover any assembly or disassembly operations of the parts.

Regarding the duration of the warranty, it varies according to the nature of the items:

  • For new parts, a two (2) year warranty is applied.
  • In the specific case of new batteries, the warranty is limited to a period of 6 months, in accordance with the manufacturer's conditions.

It should be noted that the warranty period starts from the date indicated on the purchase invoice.

As for oils and lubricants, the warranty conditions are determined by the manufacturer. These conditions are those in effect on the date the order is delivered to the customer.

The application of the warranty is subject to two essential criteria:

  • The installation of the part must be carried out in accordance with professional standards.
  • The part used must correspond to the assembly specified on the product sheet and/or provided documentation.

If one of these conditions is not met, the warranty may not be honored.

Product Return Procedure

S.A.S.U ALEPOC wishes to clarify that, although the law provides for a right of withdrawal, this does not extend to items that are deteriorated, damaged, used, or incomplete. To ensure effective processing of returns, the company asks its customers to strictly follow the following protocol:

  • Please carefully package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring they are preserved in the best possible condition.
  • Write the following address on the shipping label: Alépoc 116 Avenue de la 1ère Armée 32000 AUCH
  • Include a copy of the invoice or delivery note in your package, write the word "Return" as well as the reason for the return, otherwise, your return cannot be processed.
  • Refund period: Once the package is received by our services, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
