ARTICLE 14 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
French law governs these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
In the event of a dispute with a consumer, the consumer may bring the matter before, in addition to any court with territorial jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure, the court of the place where the consumer was residing at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred, in accordance with Article L141-5 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of a dispute with a business, the Commercial Court of Toulouse shall have jurisdiction.
The fact that ALEPOC does not invoke any provision of these Terms of Use at a given time shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to invoke such provision at a later time.
