Alepoc two years and already a beautiful journey accomplished
This Fall 2021 marks an anniversary for Alepoc. Two years, a very small age compared to that of the dear cars we deal with. But above all, these have been two very fulfilling years that have allowed us to develop our business to offer you even more opportunities to fully live out your passion for vintage vehicles. So we suggest doing a little review together.
Where we come from

Alepoc is only two years old... but this figure does not reflect the reality of a true family tradition. The Bat family's love for vintage vehicles did not begin with the creation ofAlepoc. We have to go back to the Second World War when Roger Bat learned mechanics. At the end of the conflict, he settled in Auch, he becomes a reconditioner and will help bring hundreds of engines back to life throughout his career.
The passion for mechanics will not stop; he will also restore vintage cars. We are in the 1960s, and the cars are considered more like ancestors (Sizaire and Naudin, Taxi de la Marne, among others) but also beautiful oldtimers.

Having retired in the 1980s, his workshop remained untouched. Upon his death in 2018, a true treasure was left behind. The man was not only a grinder; he also distributed Payen gaskets, SIM segments, Bretille pistons, Demolin valves, etc. Many parts are still on the shelves, new and in their original packaging.
On his side, Christian Bat has been bitten by the bug. It's more with the steering wheel in hand than with his nose in the engine that he lives his life as an automobile enthusiast. But he wants to perpetuate the family legacy and decides to launch Alepoc to sell these engine parts... initially.
Indeed, while the company's initial activity was selling these new vintage parts, it quickly became apparent that a catalog could not be complete with only these references. Very soon, others arrived. Reproduced parts, accessories, consumables—the catalog expanded but remained focused on the brands. Renault, , Peugeot, , Simca and Citroën which form the basis of most hexagonal collections.
The site is being organized, and you are getting used to receiving updates from us through social media. Facebook, , Instagram and more recently Pinterest, but Alepoc will especially stand out by offering services that simplify your life… because it's not just about parts in the automotive industry !
Where we are at
Services have become an important part of our offering. They are what set us apart from other merchants. We can help you when you cannot find a specific part, either by locating it within our supplier network or by having it remanufactured (if possible, of course). Alepoc also helps you finance your purchases, whether it's an expensive part, an entire car, or a restoration with a customized financing service. Add products dedicated to safety, a connected anti-theft device, or a personalized compact fire extinguisher and new items every month... we absolutely wanted to talk about it with you, in person.
Certainly, you could do it by coming to our store ofAuch. But Alepoc decided to meet you and at the beginning of the month we had our first booth at a show, and not just any show: Epoqu'Auto in Lyon.
A vast show with hundreds of exhibitors, clubs, car dealers, media, various services, and especially a very nice section dedicated to spare parts. Many of you visited the stand we shared with our partner and lubricant supplier, Veedol. So many, in fact, that we couldn't really enjoy the magnificent exhibitions at the show. You could find the Citroën, , Peugeot and Renault which form the core of our range, but also the fourth brand for which we offer you a rich catalog: Simca. The brand with the swallow was in the spotlight with superb displays of rare or popular cars, pre-war and youngtimers, sporty or touring.
Here are some images to immerse yourself in the atmosphere.

Where are we going?
Here is where we are. But Alepoc works for car collectors with vehicles that are more than two years old (the cars, of course), and we aim to establish a long-term relationship with you and become a part of the classic car scene in France. The upcoming development ofAlepoc will follow the same trajectory as what has already been proposed.
On the services side, you will find new ones very soon, particularly in this Blog section where we will soon help you to understand the functioning and assembly of the different products we offer for the restoration of vintage cars.
And then on the parts side, we are always looking for new references that will help you restore your vintage cars. Whether it's parts we are restarting production on, parts you cannot find and that we add to our catalog, or products that will simplify maintenance for you.
